SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-05-07 · Version 2026-05-07-1

1. Program operator

All SMS and MMS messages described in these terms are sent by T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc., located at 6324 US HWY 301 S., Riverview, FL 33578. Phone: (844) 258-7825.

2. Program description

T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. uses SMS to communicate with independent-contractor vendors (truckers and material suppliers) about operational and account-related matters. This is a transactional and operational messaging program — it is not used for marketing or promotional content. Recipients may receive:

  • Vendor portal account activation links
  • Password reset and authentication codes
  • Compliance document expiration reminders (auto insurance, MVR, drug test, W-9, and similar)
  • ACH banking change confirmations
  • Onboarding step notifications
  • Operational dispatch updates

3. How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent checkbox on the vendor application form at app.milewise.ai/vendor-apply, and by signing the master vendor agreement, both of which present the SMS consent disclosure for your review before submission. Consent is not a condition of becoming a T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. vendor or of any service provided. You may decline SMS and still complete the application by speaking with our office directly at (844) 258-7825.

The disclosure presented at the moment of opt-in reads:

“I agree to receive operational SMS from T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. — including vendor portal account activation links, password reset codes, compliance document expiration reminders, ACH banking change confirmations, onboarding step notifications, and operational dispatch updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of becoming a vendor or of any service provided.”

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, compliance status, and dispatch volume. Most vendors receive between 1 and 10 messages per week. Some weeks may have more (during onboarding or when documents are expiring) and some may have none.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send you: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send a final confirmation SMS, and you will not receive further SMS from us unless you re-opt-in by replying START or by re-checking the consent box on the vendor application form.

7. How to get help

Reply HELP (or AYUDA for Spanish) to any message and you will receive an automatic response. The automated response reads:

“T. Disney Trucking SMS: For help contact stephen.disney@disneytrucking.com or call 844-258-7825. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&data rates may apply.”

You may also email stephen.disney@disneytrucking.com or call (844) 258-7825 for assistance.

8. Bilingual messaging

Messages are sent in English or Spanish based on each recipient’s language preference selected on the vendor application form. The keyword AYUDA works equivalently to HELP for Spanish-speaking recipients. STOP and other opt-out keywords work in either language.

9. Privacy of your mobile information

We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or message content with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing. SMS data is used solely to deliver the operational messages described in these terms. This non-sharing commitment applies to all categories of mobile information without exception. For full details on how we handle your information generally, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Records retention

Consent records and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years to comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and applicable state laws including Virginia SB 1339 (effective January 2026). Each record includes the time of consent, the version of these terms in effect at that moment, and the IP address and browser user-agent at the time of submission.

11. Carrier disclaimer

T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected by wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version tag at the top of this page and, where required by law, communicated via SMS or email. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
