There Are Plenty Of Trucking Options,
But Few Originators

Operating as T. Disney Trucking since 1980, we’ve established ourselves as one of the best trucking companies in Florida.

Our clients benefit from our knowledge of Florida’s materials, local relationships with vendors, and the stability to take on any size job.

Take a look at how we can help and read more about our haulers and safety practices, below.

Aggregate Sourcing & Competitive Pricing

We’re third-gen Floridians. We know the best local materials for the job, as well as the quarries and mining facilities that provide them.

This gives our clients exclusive access to the best rates on a variety of aggregates for any size job.

Our Safety Protocols

Anyone can drive from A to B. It’s doing it on-time and safely that separates the best trucking companies from the worst.

According to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, T. Disney has one of the strongest safety records in the industry.

What does this look like for you? Rest assured that:

  • All trucks are inspected before AND after each shift
  • Drivers are required to undergo initial and random drug testing, insurance checks, and license checks
  • Our employees have mandatory meetings each month to review workplace safety and procedures

Always-Professional Drivers

Let’s face it – there is a certain stigma that often surrounds truck drivers today.

In this fast-paced industry, there’s no time to smile or connect with a client. At least, that’s what most people seem to think.

The haulers we work with are truly a different breed. While the job at hand is a top priority, so is being friendly and available. The same goes for our dispatch team.

When there is a need or concern, or just time for a chat, each member of our team is easy to approach!

Frequently Asked Questions

What certifications and authority back the hauling you dispatch?

We hold an active USDOT registration and maintain a Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating. We coordinate hauling through experienced independent owner-operators and hauling companies that hold valid commercial driver’s licenses (CDL) and active USDOT authority. T. Disney Trucking maintains its own USDOT registration for the brokerage and dispatch services we provide.

How do you select the haulers you dispatch?

We work with experienced, independent owner-operators and hauling companies. Before dispatching a new hauler, we confirm a valid CDL, active USDOT authority, and current insurance, along with equipment suited to the load. Each hauler remains responsible for its own DOT compliance, driver training, and safe operation.

Are your trucks DOT and FMCSA compliant?

The independent haulers we dispatch are required to maintain the federally required pre-trip and post-trip inspections plus regular preventative maintenance on their own equipment, and to carry current DOT documentation, which can be provided to prime contractors on request.

What is your safety record like?

We maintain an excellent safety record across our hauling operations. Current crash and inspection data is available in the FMCSA SAFER public database, and we share project-specific safety documentation with prime contractors and project owners upon request.

How do you handle hazardous weather and hurricane conditions?

We monitor NWS and FDOT alerts and adjust dispatch when winds, lightning, or flood risk exceeds safe operating limits. During named storms we coordinate with prime contractors and county emergency operations so deliveries pause and resume on a coordinated schedule.

Is T. Disney Trucking fully insured for commercial hauling?

Yes. We carry commercial auto liability, motor truck cargo, general liability, and workers’ compensation coverage appropriate for FDOT public works and large commercial projects. Certificates of insurance are provided to contracting parties upon request.
