How does your role contribute to the overall success of T. Disney Trucking and Grading?
My role plays a key part in supporting our backbone, our drivers, by ensuring they are paid both timely and accurately. When our drivers know they can count on consistent, dependable pay, it helps keep everything running smoothly. That reliability keeps morale high and allows them to stay focused on doing what they do best.

 

 What do you think sets T. Disney apart when it comes to how we handle billing and communication with clients?
What really sets us apart is that we don’t treat billing or communication as just another task on the checklist. We make it a priority to bring a customer service mindset to everything we do. We take the time to build real working relationships with our clients, which leads to better communication, trust, and long-term partnerships.

 

What’s one thing clients or partners might not realize about what happens behind the scenes in billing?
Clients might not see it, but we do a lot of problem-solving behind the scenes. We’re like the fixer uppers of the billing department, spotting and correcting errors, tracking down missing information, and making sure every detail is just right before anything goes out the door.

 

How does your team work to ensure every project is billed accurately and on time?
We approach billing like a step-by-step process, double-checking each part carefully to avoid errors. Accuracy is everything, and we make sure we’re aligned as a team, verifying the details together and keeping open communication to stay on schedule.
