Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information T. Disney Trucking & Grading, Inc. (“T. Disney Trucking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit disneytrucking.com or communicate with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

T. Disney Trucking maintains strict privacy practices. We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or transfer mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data — to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, request a quote, apply to become a hauler, apply for employment, or open a credit account, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and the contents of your message. For vendor and credit applications this may also include business identifiers such as a USDOT number, insurance certificates, W-9 information, and banking details you submit for payment setup.

Information collected automatically. Our web host and content delivery network record standard server log data when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and to keep the site running properly.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It collects pages viewed, time on page, approximate geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and the source that referred you. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We have IP anonymization applied by default in Google Analytics 4, and we do not use Analytics data for advertising or remarketing.

Information we do not collect. We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing trackers on this site, and we do not build marketing profiles or sell any information about your browsing activity.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry, quote request, or application
  • To provide, operate, secure, and maintain the website
  • To measure site traffic and understand which pages and services visitors find useful
  • To communicate with you about hauling services, materials, orders, and account matters
  • To onboard and manage independent-contractor vendors, including verifying operating authority, insurance, and tax documentation
  • To comply with legal, tax, insurance, and Department of Transportation recordkeeping obligations
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site uses a small number of cookies: those necessary for it to function, plus Google Analytics cookies used to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Security cookies. Our content delivery provider sets a cookie to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic and to protect the site against malicious activity.
  • Performance and caching cookies. Our caching software may set cookies so that pages load quickly and display correctly.
  • Security challenge cookies. Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies on pages containing forms (see “Third-Party Services” below).
  • Session cookies. If you log in to the site as an administrator, WordPress sets session cookies to keep you signed in.
  • Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (commonly named _ga and _ga_<container-id>) to distinguish unique visitors and measure sessions. These are the only non-essential cookies on the site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the site, including our forms, from working correctly.

Third-Party Services

Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, your IP address, and interaction data such as mouse movements, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Google Analytics. Site traffic measurement is provided by Google Analytics 4. Data collected is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts. Some pages load typefaces hosted by Google, which involves a request to Google servers that includes your IP address.

Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted on managed WordPress infrastructure and served through a content delivery network. These providers process server log data on our behalf.

Vendor portal. Independent-contractor vendor onboarding is handled through our vendor portal at milewise.ai, which is operated for T. Disney Trucking. Information you submit there is governed by this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, background and insurance verification), bound to use the information only for those purposes
  • Legal and regulatory disclosure when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to establish or defend legal claims
  • Business transfer in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with anyone, for any purpose, without exception.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to satisfy our legal, tax, insurance, and DOT recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years as described in the SMS Terms below.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete information we are not required to retain by law
  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (see the SMS Terms below)
  • Opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor verified requests consistent with applicable law. To make a request, use the contact details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children’s Privacy

This site serves businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted. Please review this page periodically.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program operator. Text messages described in this section are sent by T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc., 6324 US HWY 301 S., Riverview, FL 33578.

2. Program purpose. The SMS program is operational and transactional only — it is not used for marketing or promotional content. Specifically, recipients (independent-contractor vendors of T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc.) may receive:

  • Vendor portal account activation links
  • Password reset and authentication codes
  • Compliance document expiration reminders (auto insurance, MVR, drug test, W-9, and similar documents)
  • ACH banking change confirmations
  • Onboarding step notifications
  • Operational dispatch updates

3. How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent checkbox on the vendor application form at milewise.ai/vendor-apply, and by signing the master vendor agreement, both of which display the SMS consent disclosure. Consent is not a condition of becoming a T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. vendor or of any service provided. You may decline SMS and still complete the application by speaking with our office directly.

4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on account activity, compliance status, and dispatch volume. Most vendors receive between 1 and 10 messages per week. Some weeks may have more (during onboarding or when documents are expiring) and some may have none.

5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send you: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send the keyword, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-opt-in, reply START or re-check the consent box on the vendor application form.

7. How to get help. Reply HELP (or AYUDA for Spanish) to any message and you will receive an automatic response containing our support contact information. The automated response will read: “T. Disney Trucking SMS: For help contact stephen.disney@disneytrucking.com or call 844-258-7825. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&data rates may apply.” You may also email stephen.disney@disneytrucking.com or call (844) 258-7825 directly.

8. Bilingual messaging. Messages are sent in English or Spanish based on each recipient’s language preference selected on the vendor application form. The keyword AYUDA works equivalently to HELP for Spanish-speaking recipients.

9. Privacy of your mobile information. We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or message content with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing. SMS data is used solely to deliver the operational messages described above. This non-sharing commitment applies to all categories of mobile information without exception.

10. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T. Disney Trucking and Grading, Inc. is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected by wireless carriers.

11. Records retention. Consent records and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years to comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and applicable state laws including Virginia SB 1339 (effective January 2026). Each record includes the time of consent, the version of these terms in effect at that moment, and the IP address and browser user-agent at the time of submission.

12. Full SMS terms. A standalone, more-detailed version of these SMS terms is available at https://disneytrucking.com/sms-terms/. In the event of any conflict between this section and the standalone SMS Terms page, the standalone SMS Terms page controls.
