- Very close collaboration with your provider. If you’re sourcing from a provider, you need to know what they have, how much they have, and their current price. You’ll also need to consider how you’re going to have to find the right trucker who is available for delivery.
- Fast and reliable delivery. You’ll need to be able to count on your delivery to be there when you need.
